David Wiedemann is an IHK-certified Bartending and Restaurant Master, and in 2002, he founded the first official bartending school in Berlin. In 2004, he conducted bar trainings for the official hospitality industry school on behalf of the State of Berlin. In 2007, the first consulting assignments in Germany came from spirits companies such as Bacardi and Campari. In 2016, the first Bar Development contract was concluded with Thomas Cook, and by 2019, consulting engagements followed across two brands and countries such as Greece, Spain, Italy, and Turkey. Since 2020, we have a client base spanning three continents and a wealth of experience drawn from numerous cultures including their unique drinking rituals, which we integrate into our concepts.
